Wayne is a native of Maryland’s Eastern Shore, graduating from Washington College with a degree in Business Management and Economics. He went on to enjoy a successful career as a director of sales and marketing for a local internet company, driven by his desire to achieve company growth & personal goals while still providing excellent customer service. Looking for a better opportunity for him and his family, Wayne joined Bankers Life in July of 2006. He was promoted quickly through the ranks of management because of his efforts, hitting goals, and being a true team leader. In 2007, Wayne was the Rookie of the year for the entire company, and in 2010 he was the #1 Unit Field Trainer in the nation. He became a President’s Honor Circle Lifetime Member in 2012, one of the highest honors you can achieve at Bankers Life. In 2012, Wayne became a Certified Financial Planner®, commonly referred to CFP ®.
After 18 years with Bankers Life, Wayne decided to join LPL Financial and build his own brand called IRACARE Investments. He continues to work hard to grow his practice now servicing primarily the Delmarva Peninsula. He is known for his specialization of comprehensive retirement planning, and the extra care and time that he provides to his clients which help build long term relationships. Wayne and his wonderful wife Michelle have 2 amazing children, Trey and Dylan. Wayne enjoys golfing, and most importantly, spending quality time with his family doing what they enjoy.
